The Bannons: summer bucket list

This weekend Richard and I watched a bit of the movie the Bucket List. It's a great one with Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend. It got me to thinking of our summer bucket list of things to do this summer. Summers always seem to fly by so fast and get packed with events so quickly...before you know it your weekends in July are already busy and it's not even June yet. Luckily for Richard and I we don't have too many plans this summer and plan on enjoying it to the fullest since last summer we spend so many weekend preparing and running errands for the wedding...boring. I'll never forget the 80 degree sunny Saturday and we got invited to go on 3 of our friend's boats, and we had to decline every offer, and be stuck inside the office on the computer figuring out our vows and table arrangements. Glad that part of the planning is over! :)

-float the river in leavenworth
-backpacking trip
-shi shi camping trip
-camping trip nearby in snoqualmie area
-hikes: little si, tiger mountain, and try a few new hikes
-west seattle street fair/block party
-start planning our australia trip to visit erica and dan!
-have a garage sale at our place and get rid of lots of junk that has accumulated in our garage!
-walk through schmidt's park with roxy (park next to our house, looks like a rainforest and we've been --meaning to go there since we moved in, but still haven't yet)
-build a fence in backyard
-get hot tub working!
-go on waterslides in lake chelan
-bonfire on alki
-watch some sunsets at the view point bench 2 blocks from our house
and I'm sure the list will continue......
