condo renovation!

For the last 2 weeks Richard and I have been working really hard to fix up, clean up, and get the Bellevue condo back on the market as a rental after his friends moved out.  It's been a lot of work, 2 full weekends dedication and quite a few weeknights after work, numerous trips to Home Depot, and lots of pizza and teriyaki to-go dinners! We repainted all the rooms and the trim, regrouted the shower walls and floors of the bathroom and kitchen, repainted the doors, had the carpet in the main room and hallway replaced, fixed loose drawers, hinges, and anything else that needed some updates. We were so fortunate to have friends help us out along the process as well and thank them so much for all of their help and support! Here are some before and after pictures.
