Last weekend Mom and I spent 2 nights in Victoria for a mother daughter weekend. We got very lucky with the weather, it rained the first afternoon for a bit when we arrived but other than that the majority of the time it was sunny and the perfect fall crisp weather, great for walking and exploring. We did a lot of shopping and window shopping checking out the new funky shops, coffee and pastry sitting, visited the Butchart Gardens, caught an IMAX at the Natural History Museum and did a lot of walking along the beautiful parks and waterfront and downtown areas. The bed and breakfast we stayed at was British inspired and had 3pm tea time, quite the treat! And a really delicious breakfast every morning. Was a great getaway to spend some quality time with mom!
