The Bannons: Thanksgiving in the East Caribbean

We spent a week in the East Caribbean for Thanksgiving-Mom, Dad, Andrew, Richard and I. It was a great time. We ate A LOT, as everything is buffet and all you can eat, so we definitely got our fill! We had dessert after lunch, had lunch 1 as we called it, and then would go onto eat our dinner 1 or snack and then onto dinner 2 in the formal dining hall. It was fun trying all the new foods. Now back to the gym and eating healthy, or trying since the holidays are full of many sweet desserts and temptations. We stopped at 3 places during our cruise-St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Nassau in the Bahamas. All the beaches there were so beautiful and fun to explore. The water was a beautiful green/blue color and you could see the fish below you as you were swimming even. We saw three shows while on the cruise: Legends in Concert was our favorite featuring Michael Jackson, Rod Stewart and Brittany Spears. They were all great impersonators. Blue Man group and a stand up comedy group called the Second City were the other two shows. One of mine and Richard's favorite evening activities besides eat the unlimited soft serve ice cream was watching the dueling piano players that called themselves Howl at the Moon. They were very entertaining. Oh and the disco with mom and dad was definitely fun too! They sure love to dance. When we got back to Seattle it was rainy and cold, so it was nice to see some sunshine on our trip!
