2 Months!

Richard and I celebrated our 2 month anniversary last night...we've made it 2 months so far....so far so good :) He surprised me and made dinner reservations at a restaurant we've both been wanting to try for a while now, Canlis. It's in Seattle and overlooks Lake Union with a beautiful view of the water and the city. We had both never been to Canlis before, so it was fun experience to try out the restaurant together. It's probably the fanciest restaurant that we've both ever been to.  It was pretty funny when I got up to walk to the restroom and the 2 waiters both started walking really fast to pull out our table for me. That was something that we were cracking up about every time one of us got up.  The waiters were always right there to pull out our table and immediately refold our napkins every time we set them down on the table to leave. Richard wouldn't let me ask the waiter to take a picture of us at the dinner table...because it was one of those types of restaurants where no one was taking pictures...and woud've been really awkward if a bright flash went off in the room. He got embarrassed when I snuck a picture of my steak dinner when it arrived on my phone, but I had to take at least one picture! It was a great date night and we had a lot of fun and were definitely very full of all sorts of food and red wine when we left.  Looking forward to spending many more anniversaries together!
