Last weekend a few of my girlfriends and I went to Orcas Island where we stayed at Doe Bay resort for some rest, relaxation, and a fun filled girls weekend. We got into Orcas Island on Friday evening and went to a really cute little restaurant for dinner. Hands down the best fish tacos I have ever tasted. The next morning we had a delicious all organic breakfast at the restaurant on the resort and then went on a hike for the rest of the afternoon. We got so lucky with the weather, it was blue skies all day Saturday and sunny! We hiked to the top of Mt. Constitution and the view at the top was amazing, well worth the trek! The evening consisted of hot tubbing, a homemade pasta dinner and wine followed by some card games. We made it back home just in time on Sunday afternoon to join in on the Easter festivities with our families. Looking at all the pictures makes me already look forward to another girls getaway weekend and taking a break from work!
