1 year anniversary celebration

I meant to post this last weekend, but the busy week got away from me, so better late than never right? Last weekend Richard and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary! We were really excited to go back to Wallace Falls, where one of the happiest weekends of our lives took place. We had a fun filled weekend starting out with my 10 year High School reunion Saturday night and then Sunday morning left for Wallace Falls State Park to spend the rest of the weekend. The state park is located about 2  blocks away from where we got married at the Wallace Falls Lodge.  That evening before it got dark we took a short walk over with Roxy to visit the property and snap a few pictures.  The lodge looked so beautiful with the sun peaking through the trees!  At the state park we stayed in a really cute little pet friendly cabin so Roxy could join us, did lots of reading, relaxing, eating, and even ate wedding pie with a single candle lighted (same bakery and flavor as the one we cut at the wedding) to celebrate. The next morning we took the day off work and hiked to the Wallace Falls. All in all a great weekend spent together reminiscing about our wedding and being with the one you love!
